“Every year that we were in our house we seemed to have less and less water available.”
“We recently hired Epp Well solutions to install one of their systems in our home. We built our house in 2010. At the time of well construction we were told we had a 2 gallon a minute well. We figured that was not ideal but we would be able to make it work. The first 5-6 years we lived in our home during the winter and spring months we had more than enough water to sustain our house. The problem came in the summer and early fall months. We would barely have enough water to take a couple showers and flush the toilets. We continually found ourselves needing to take our laundry to our parent’s house or have our kids take showers at their friend’s house. Every year that we were in our house we seemed to have less and less water available. During the last year the lack of water extended further into the year. By April of 2021 we were already experiencing extremely low water, to the point that we would go a day or so in between the well pump even being able to turn on. We had a pump company come out and replace the pump, wiring, and piping to see if that was part of our problem. When we replaced the pump and saw no improvement we knew that we had to install some form of water storage system. After much research we decided to go with a system from Epp Well Solution. Tucker and Kevin Epp answered all of our questions before ordering the system, helped facilitate the installation of the system, provided all the support needed after the install of the system, and have followed up several times with us since to make sure everything is working properly. We could not be happier. To put it simply the system has been life changing for us. We have been living a “normal” life in our house for the first time in years. We have 4 kids living in the house. Showers, Laundry, and everyday things that most people take for granted have been no problem. The system tells us how much water we have available at all times. One of my favorite features of the system is the booster pump and lack of pressure tank. The system maintains a constant house pressure at all times through the use of a booster pump which eliminates the usual fluctuating pressure in the house that is experienced with traditional well systems. The only regret I have is not installing this system years ago. Tucker and Kevin could not be better to work with or more knowledgeable. They have allowed us to finally quit worrying about water in our house. We thank them very much!”
