A Customer Testimonial

Hear a testimonial from one of our customers. Dan was dealing with a ~0.25 gallon per minute well supplying two households. Watch the video to hear his story.

Our story started back 1992 when my wife and I bought a home in the country that checked every box on our dream home list. We had a young family and were excited about being away from the chaos of city living. It wasn't long before we realized there were two very frustrating issues with our well water. First the water was very hard and second there wasn't much water to be had. A couple showers and a load of laundry and the well was tapped. The recovery was slow so we learned to manage what we had very carefully. We eliminated the water softener because it required an enormous amount of water to recycle and would often tap the well in the middle of the night. At that time there weren't options beyond having another well dug. After speaking with several people in our area I learned that most of them had the same issues. The wells in our area were anywhere from 65' deep to mine at 165' deep so it wasn't an issue finding water at a certain depth but rather that water is just scarce period. So we learned to manage and once the kids were grown my wife and I managed to get along. It wasn't long before the kids started coming with their kids and the problems started all over. At that point I began looking for a solution which lead me to water harvesting systems. After considerable research and conversations with different manufacturers I chose the Epp Well Solutions system because it was relatively compact, it was expandable and the cost was very competitive. When I reached out to Tucker Epp and explained my issues he was patient and not at all pushy. He spent time explaining exactly how the system worked and how it would eliminate my problem. Total time from when I placed my order to it being on my dock was less than 3 weeks. That's impressive considering it came from Washington State and I live in southern Ohio. I took one day off work and installed system myself. By mid afternoon it was up and running and the next morning I had 201 gallons of stored water. The great thing about this system is it harvests 215 gallons from the well and then allows the well to completely regenerate so now I have about 300 gallons available at any time. Another great advantage is that you eliminate the pressure tank, switch and most of the exposed piping coming from the well. Bottom line is I can't say enough about how this has taken the anxiety of running out of water. We now have water to do ALL the laundry, ALL the showers and other daily needs that you take for granted when you don't have water shortage. The system is quiet and everything works on its own. Once you're up and running the only thing you'll do is go look at the computer screen from time to time to see all the water you have on reserve. If your situation is like mine this system is the cure, it has changed the way we live with respect to water usage. An added bonus is dealing with the folks at Epp Well Solutions, they answered every question I asked and have followed up since my install to make sure everything worked perfect. Water harvesting is the solution and Epp equipment works flawlessly. You will wonder why you waited.

Epp Well Solutions is a 5 star company with 5 star products and support. I purchased the Well Harvester with an extra tank and even a hand pump that I use on a separate well on my property. If you don't read any further, know that these products are well thought out and the support to get them working is top notch. They have documentation, videos, email support, and you can call them if you need to.

I live in a remote part of Tennessee and I was building a new house on my property. I had a small cabin on the property that was getting water from an existing well. The well has been producing fine for 10 years and decided to use it for both locations. But to do this I would need larger tanks. These tanks are usually large and dumb with a lot of hands on maintenance required. In looking for a better solution I stumbled on Epp Well Solutions.

I read through their website and watched their online videos. I was interested. I sent an email to get answers to some questions I had that were more specific to my situation, and immediately received an email back from Tucker answering all my questions. From then on, he helped me work through some specific scenarios and come up with solutions.

I wish I could state all the times, big and small, where Tucker helped me figure things out as I was building my pump house and working through bringing the Well Harvester online. Time and space will not permit. The bottom line is my install was ultimately a success and it was due in no small part to the support I received from Tucker.

The hand pump was a fun project and I would encourage any to do this. It is so fun to see water come from the ground.

The Well Harvester with the built in booster pump is versatile and can be used for residential or rural property purposes. Smart looking, easy to use, screen display tells you everything you need to know about what is happening in your system. My unit with the extra tank gives me 430 gallons to work with. You can go bigger but with the smarts of the product, you really don't need to. I would encourage anyone to purchase this product. I think it is the way all households should work. It is smarter and easier than mechanical tanks and pressure switches.

Top notch, Company, products, and support. You can't go wrong.

“We recently hired Epp Well solutions to install one of their systems in our home. We built our house in 2010. At the time of well construction we were told we had a 2 gallon a minute well. We figured that was not ideal but we would be able to make it work. The first 5-6 years we lived in our home during the winter and spring months we had more than enough water to sustain our house. The problem came in the summer and early fall months. We would barely have enough water to take a couple showers and flush the toilets. We continually found ourselves needing to take our laundry to our parent’s house or have our kids take showers at their friend’s house. Every year that we were in our house we seemed to have less and less water available. During the last year the lack of water extended further into the year. By April of 2021 we were already experiencing extremely low water, to the point that we would go a day or so in between the well pump even being able to turn on. We had a pump company come out and replace the pump, wiring, and piping to see if that was part of our problem. When we replaced the pump and saw no improvement we knew that we had to install some form of water storage system. After much research we decided to go with a system from Epp Well Solution. Tucker and Kevin Epp answered all of our questions before ordering the system, helped facilitate the installation of the system, provided all the support needed after the install of the system, and have followed up several times with us since to make sure everything is working properly. We could not be happier. To put it simply the system has been life changing for us. We have been living a “normal” life in our house for the first time in years. We have 4 kids living in the house. Showers, Laundry, and everyday things that most people take for granted have been no problem. The system tells us how much water we have available at all times. One of my favorite features of the system is the booster pump and lack of pressure tank. The system maintains a constant house pressure at all times through the use of a booster pump which eliminates the usual fluctuating pressure in the house that is experienced with traditional well systems. The only regret I have is not installing this system years ago. Tucker and Kevin could not be better to work with or more knowledgeable. They have allowed us to finally quit worrying about water in our house. We thank them very much!”

“Everything started in November of 2021 when we purchased a log cabin in the mountains of Georgia. The purchase was a "as is" deal, The well was said to be in working order. It actually did work, with minimum pressure as it pumps from the garage to the cabin approximately 150'. Then everything changed, having low pressure with minimum flow and even thinking of doing laundry was no any longer on the table. When one thinks it can't get worse it did!I was attempting a shower, all soaped up and the water situation ended, not a drop to be had. I then started my research, called in a well guy, his answer was to drill a new well, but with open a checkbook until he hit water and no guarantee he would. So as a past irrigation System/designer/installer I realized what I needed, a way to harvest my water. Back to the drawing board and a quest, I found there is something that might solve my issue. There are other systems available, and I did my due diligence and then I saw the EPP System, it looked the part. I placed a call and spoke with Kevin, we discussed the system and my needs. With a list of questions I called again, this time I spoke with Kevin and then Tucker, my mission was complete, he suggested double tanks, and I agreed, the order was placed. It was packaged perfectly, it arrived quicker than I expected, and Tucker kept me up to date from the day the system shipped to delivery (Washington to Georgia). March 2021 the system arrived and installed by me, I am a licensed contractor. No Problems, it looked better than I expected. Now the biggie, does it actually perform? Let me say that my EPP Double Tank out performs all my expectations! Showers with massive pressure, no problem, laundry, back in business. It's such a nice looking system. It actually looks great in my garage with my toys, I enjoy talking with the EPP family, and appreciate their honesty and effort to develop a well made and looking system from the well designed holding tanks to the easy to use computer, they hit it out of the park! Thanks again”

“My name is Bob Leyden, and I’m a Trustee at Palermo Christian Church in Palermo ME. As a Trustee, we are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our Church building and grounds.

Upon assuming this role I was immediately confronted with the problem of our Church’s water supply issues. We had very limited system capacity, intermittent pressure problems, and during large Church functions, like Weddings and Funerals, outright system failures. The problem was that our well could not consistently deliver the water we needed in order to function smoothly.

I began researching for mechanical solutions to this long term issue with our water supply. We took estimates on drilling a second well, but the price was exorbitant and we were given no guarantees the drilling would be successful. Enter EPP Well Solutions. I researched several systems with varying amounts of components, but only found one that offered such a small footprint and consolidated all of the components in a neat well designed package.

I’m a retired HVAC contractor, and we have some handy men at the Church, we installed the system ourselves, but I honestly believe anyone could install one of these systems. We had some issues on start-up, none of which were attributable to the Well Harvester. I spoke to Tucker Epp, who walked us through, and helped us troubleshoot the pre-existing problems we had with our well pump and pitless connector.

We ended up replacing our well pump, (bad check valve), and the o-ring on our pitless connector, all the while Tucker walked us through the steps of operating our new system despite these pre-existing problems. Once repairs were completed Tucker was right there helping us to optimize our system.

We have been through several large functions at our Church since the install, and have had zero problems. In short, this is a fantastic product. But products are often only as good as the technical support that the manufacturer provides, and I can state unequivocally that EPP Solutions stands behind their product 100% (even when the issues are not the direct result of their excellent product.)

I absolutely recommend this Well Harvester, it has been the solution to several longterm nagging problems.”

“We installed the EPP Low Yield Well System at our church in April 2021 and have been extremely happy with the results. Prior to installing this system we would periodically run out of water as pulpwood yield well could not keep up with demand. We installed a system that has a 430 gallon capacity that has thus far served us well.

The technicians at EPP Solutions are readily available to assist with any problems or issues arise. They’re extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the system and can walk you though whatever problems that might arise.

In short, this system has been a game changer for us and we’re very satisfied with how the system functions.

If you are experiencing issues with a low yielding well I highly recommend EPP Solutions to solve your problem.”

“Recently, I started having trouble with pumping more water out of my well than would come into the casing, causing the pump to suck air. I was afraid that the water level in the ground aquafer had receded, due to several years of dry conditions. I was faced with having a new well drilled, (my current well is 320 feet deep), at the tune of $40-50 thousand dollars. It was suggested by my pump contractor that I look into a storage tank system instead. After some research, I discovered the Epp Water Solution system and contacted them. They were very helpful in designing a storage system that has been working great, and has completely solved my problem. I installed a 430 gallon tank and have all of the water that I need. This was completed at a fraction of the cost of a new well.

I would very much recommend this system to anyone who is having well water problems, and the folks at Epp were fantastic to work with. They answered every question that I had, were courteous and responsive, and were very knowledgeable regarding pressures and flows. Thank you guys at Epp Well Solutions.”

A fantastic product that made our new home usable, solving a low flow issue with our well. Tucker was helpful, knowledgeable, and always available to support the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and operation of the well manager. 5 months into install and I’ve stopped checking on it daily, as I know it will work without issue.

“Epp Well Solutions designed and installed our water supply system seven years ago. The system has enabled us to enjoy an ample water supply for our home, garden, and lawn, even though our well produces only one gallon of water per minute. Kevin and Tucker have provided prompt service when needed. I recommend them without reservation.”

“We bought our place with claims of adequate water, only to find production at 0.25 GPM and a constant water shortage. The initial system was always inadequate, but with the Epp Well System and an increase in storage, we have plenty of water for two homes. The system works very good and has taken a great deal of anxiety away in dealing with a low yield well. I never have to worry about water now.”

“I’ve lived with a low yield well for some time before finding the right solution. The gamble of drilling new well holes combined with the uncertainty of actually finding more water just wasn’t in the budget. Epp provided exactly what I was looking for in a modern water storage system. Their knowledgeable staff have never failed to pick up the phone and answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend.”
